part in our 28-day total-body transformation challenge:

If you:

  • Are between the ages of 35-65
  • Want to transform your body and your mind
  • Want to learn how to eat clean and cook healthy and simple meals
  • Live in Charlotte or the surrounding area
  • Can follow an easy, step-by-step meal plan designed to burn fat, optimize your metabolism, and balance your hormones

So if you:

  • Can dedicate 30 minutes 2-4 times a week to exercise
  • Want to be a part of an amazing community of men and women who support each other
  • Are willing to give it 110%
