Who Are You?
Meet Coach Tam

Tamara is the CEO of Coach Tam Fitness and the creator of the 265 Point brand. The perfect combination of expertise and experience, Tamara is an ACE Certified Health Coach, ACSM Certified Group Exercise Instructor, and 10-Year, 100-pound weight loss success story. Coach Tam maintains her goal weight through daily mindset management, regular exercise, and proper nutrition. She uses this same strategy to help her clients reach their goals in the 28-day challenge.  
Where Are You?
We are conveniently located in Uptown Charlotte. All sessions are held at The Carole A. Hoefener Community Services Center at 615 E. 6th Street. Our facility is near Spectrum Center, home of the Charlotte Hornets.
